In 2002, Nashville Emerging Leaders (NEL) was founded on the premise that young, dedicated professionals have the ability and are expected to lead the continued development of Middle Tennessee. We aim to help emerging leaders enhance leadership skills that will aid them in their professional, personal, and community development - while providing an excellent way to connect.
